Log in to Merchant Back Office: https://secure.lyra.com/portal/

Enter your login or your e-mail address.
The login is sent to you by e-mail (the subject of the e-mail is Connection identifiers).

Enter your temporary password.
The password is sent to you by e-mail (the subject of the e-mail is Temporary password).

Click Log in.
The password update page appears.

Enter your new password.

Enter your password once again to confirm.

Click Send.
Your account is now active.
You are redirected to the management interface.
You will receive a confirmation e-mail that your password has been changed.
