If you received the error message “Invalid provider credentials” via the Wix CMS, please verify that you have entered the correct Shop ID and Key.
As a reminder, your store's credentials are available in the Expert Back Office:
- Sign in to the Expert Back Office.
- Go to the Settings > Shop menu.
- Click the Keys tab.
Verify that everything is configured correctly in Wix:
- Log in to the Dashboard of your Wix site.
- Go to Settings menu.
- Click Accept payments.
- Search for the module Lyra
- Click Manage.
