If you received the error message “Invalid provider credentials” via the Wix CMS, please verify that you have entered the correct Shop ID and Key.

As a reminder, your store's credentials are available in the Expert Back Office:

1. Sign in to the Expert Back Office.
2. Go to the Settings > Shop menu.
3. Click the Keys tab.

Verify that everything is configured correctly in Wix:

1. Log in to the Dashboard of your Wix site.
2. Go to Settings menu.
3. Click Accept payments.
4. Search for the module Lyra
5. Click Manage.
