Resend an IPN

  1. Log in to your Merchant Back Office: https://secure.lyra.com/portal/.
  2. Click Other actions at the bottom of the menu to access your Expert Back Office.

    Other actions appears only if your user account has the "Access to the expert back office” permission.

    Reach out to your company’s back office administrator to obtain this permission.
  3. From the menu Management > Transactions, locate the transaction for which you want to resend the notification.
  4. Right-click the transaction and select Send the Instant Payment Notification. The Send the Instant Payment Notification option is available only if you have configured the payment completion notification rule.
