> Find the order ID on Shopify

The Lyra order ID is different from the one shown on Shopify.

However, the Lyra order ID corresponds to thePayment ID on Shopify.

To retrieve the Payment ID on Shopify:

  1. Sign into the Shopify Back Office.
  2. Click on Orders menu.
  3. Click on the Payment you want.
  4. Search for the Timeline section and click the following lines in
    A XXX payment was processed on
  5. The ID is available in the Payment ID parameter.

As a reminder, the order ID on Lyra is available from the Expert Back Office:

  1. Log in to the Expert Back Office, via le Marchant Back Office Lyra with your identifiers :
    https://secure.lyra.com/portal/
    Click Other actions and then click on the Expert Back Office button.
  2. Go to the Management > Transactions menu.
  3. Search for and double-click the concerned transaction.
  4. Search for the Order reference parameter.
