The FTP service offers the following features:

Reports
Logs are uploaded to the FTP server.
These files enable the tracking and traceability of operations performed on Lyra.
Uploading a payment file by token
This service allows you to submit an unencrypted file containing tokens and the corresponding amounts to be debited. Each token is linked to a payment method registered on Lyra.
Once the file has been processed, a response file is generated by Lyra.
Upload of FPS (File Payment Service) files
This service allows you to submit files to run batch operations.
These files are encrypted using a public certificate.

Debit: The file contains the card numbers for which a debit transaction is requested.The merchant’s card acceptance (AOC) and PCI DSS compliance are mandatory.
- Cancellation: The file contains the transaction numbers you wish to cancel.
- Refund: The file contains the transaction numbers you wish to refund.
- Duplication: The file contains the transaction numbers you wish to duplicate.
- Validation: The file contains the transaction numbers you want to validate, if they were pending validation.
- Modification: The file contains the transaction numbers you wish to modify.
Card accounts expiration
A monthly file is made available via the FTP server.
It contains a list of payment methods that are about to expire, so that they can be updated in advance.
