There are three possibilities:
- The first one is you do not have a Expert Back Office user account.
If you want to use the mobile app but do not have an account, contact sales administration.
- The second one is you have a Expert Back Office user account and you are logging in for the first time.
- Enter your user ID and the temporary password you received by email.

Enter the security code provided on the store’s registration form. This code is different from your password.
Otherwise, request a temporary code on your phone.

Set a new password, then tap “Confirm”. You will receive a confirmation email.
It must respect the specified security rules and must be known only to you.
- You already have a Merchant Back Office user account
Enter your user ID and password to access your store's payment link management.
